Affiliate and Campaigner Agreement

1. Overview

This Agreement governs the relationship between you ("Affiliate" or "Campaigner") and Global Impact Collective, a purpose-driven organization advancing humanitarian, justice-oriented, and regenerative initiatives globally.

By participating in any outreach, marketing, fundraising, or awareness campaign under the Global Impact Collective brand, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility & Onboarding

To qualify, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age Complete identity verification (KYC) Abide by the Collective’s mission and code of ethics Not appear on any global watchlists or sanctions databases

Global Impact Collective reserves the right to approve or remove any participant at its sole discretion.

3. Role & Responsibilities

As an Affiliate or Campaigner, you are authorized to:

Share verified GIC content and materials Refer individuals or organizations to participate in GIC programs or campaigns Earn referral-based rewards (where applicable) Serve as a values-aligned representative of the Collective

You must not:

Make financial promises or ROI claims Misrepresent your role or authorization Engage in misleading or unethical promotional behavior Use the Collective’s name in political or ideological messaging without prior approval

4. Compensation & Recognition

You may be eligible for:

Tiered bonuses (cash, tokenized, or contribution-based) Special acknowledgment in reports or events Participation in exclusive initiatives or ambassador tracks

All incentives are subject to eligibility checks, campaign terms, and applicable legal reporting.

5. Brand Use & Messaging Standards

All communications under the GIC brand must:

Accurately reflect approved messaging Avoid speculative or investment-style language Maintain respect, clarity, and mission integrity

Unapproved content or claims are subject to takedown and may result in immediate termination of your status.

6. Termination

This agreement may be terminated:

By either party with written notice Immediately by GIC in cases of breach, misrepresentation, or non-compliance

All rights to brand usage and referrals cease upon termination.

7. Legal and Ethical Compliance

You are individually responsible for:

Complying with local marketing and advertising laws Disclosing promotional relationships (e.g., “#sponsored”) Avoiding unlicensed financial promotion or solicitation

This relationship is non-exclusive and does not constitute employment or agency.
